Techniques and Services
Neurosomatic Approach
Neurosomatic refers to the connection between mind and body. Understanding your mind and how you interpret pain is key to managing and improving chronic pain conditions
Targeted Soft Tissue Treatments
We use targeted decompression techniques such as ASTYM, Gua Sha, and Cupping to reduce tissue sensitivity and support long-term strength and stability
Therapeutic Exercises
Precision-guided load tolerance training to aid joint stabilization and long-term resilience. Every session is one-on-one with the PT guiding you and readjusting as needed
Neurosensitive Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a hands-on manipulation of muscle and tissues to work through deeply rooted tension within the body. Our approach is always gentle, collaborative, and adapted to your sensitivity level to regulate how your nervous system interprets input from these tissues
Kinesiotaping
A short-term neuromuscular support strategy to enhance stability through proprioceptive feedback, movement cueing, and load tolerance assistance
Equipment Trials
Established patients can rent out products we recommend to try at home before you decide if you want to buy it yourself or not
Nervous System Regulation
We incorporate non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation to facilitate a calm nervous system and allow for a more relaxed healing journey
Dry Needling
A targeted approach to reduce muscle tension, calm irritated nerves and improve movement control. It involves inserting a very thin, non-medicated, sterile needle into specific areas of muscle and connective tissue to improve circulation, reduce muscle guarding, restore better muscle activation and decrease nerve sensitivity
Open Gym Hours
For established patients or membership holders, we allow independent usage of clinical equipment during open gym hours (some limitations apply)
We are a specialty therapy clinic designed for complex cases.
We do not rush visits or double-book.
You receive uninterrupted 1-on-1 care.
