Who We Are

Our name references the scripture Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart as if working for the Lord."

We believe in providing high-quality, personalized physical therapy rooted in wholehearted effort—excellence through purpose and integrity.

Meet the Team

Loren 'Thomas' Anderson

Owner, PT, DPT - Dry Needling Certified

As a physical therapist, Thomas has been working with his hands to help others heal for over 10 years. He employs a variety of techniques to personalize treatment for each patient. His empathetic nature shines in the way he listens to those who feel unheard and digs deep to find the root cause of someone's pain.

Thomas graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. He attended Harding University's physical therapy program and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. Thomas has worked for several physical therapy clinics, from large hospitals to private practices, always with a dream to one day open his own clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a doctor referral before starting physical therapy?

Thanks to direct access, you can seek out physical therapy without a doctor referral. We can contact your doctor for continued care and referral approval after your evaluation visit.

What insurance do you accept?

Currently we are a cash-based practice, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. We are working on getting in-network with BCBS Texas and Medicare. We'll be sure to update our patients when that change takes effect.

In the meantime -- or for those with insurance through other providers -- we can provide you with a superbill after your visits that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and  the amount (if any) depends on your plan's out-of-network benefits. We cannot contact your insurance company or appeal on your behalf.

Superbills are intended for commercial insurance plans with out-of-network benefits and are not applicable to Medicare.

Why would you not go through insurance directly?

As chronic conditions are our main focus, we are able to treat patients long term without the limitations insurance companies often place on care.

Our sessions are one-on-one for the full hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

For acute conditions, patients typically notice improvements in fewer visits. But we also offer packages with discounts that are especially beneficial for longer treatments.

For some people, using in-network insurance is the right fit. For others, the value of high-quality, one-on-one care without insurance restrictions is worth it.

What if I don't have insurance?

Not a problem! As a cash-based clinic, we can treat those with or without insurance. We expect payment at the time of service; acceptable forms of payment:  cash, credit, debit, or FSA/HSA.

We do offer packages to lower visit costs. We are happy to discuss options with you before your treatment!
