Service Description
Add support to strained muscles and connective tissues with kinesiotape. Taping applied by the physical therapist to support and assist with physical therapy. Can be added on to an appointment or booked individually by established patients with Priority or Priority Plus Memberships.
Cancellation Policy
Patient is financially responsible for all services provided by Therapy323 and payment is due at the time of service. Patient must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. NOT providing 24 hours notice will result in being charged for the appointment. Repeated missed appointments may result in additional fees or discharge from care. We accept BlueCross BlueShield of Texas insurance and Medicare, but that does not guarantee coverage. Patient is responsible for copays or coinsurance at the time of the appointment. If insurance denies a claim, patient is responsible for payment. For other insurance companies, a superbill may be requested for the patient to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement (not guaranteed). Reimbursement typically depends on your insurance's out of network benefits.
