Cancellation Policy

Patient is financially responsible for all services provided by Therapy323 and payment is due at the time of service. Patient must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. NOT providing 24 hours notice will result in being charged for the appointment. Repeated missed appointments may result in additional fees or discharge from care.
